Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the terms on which you may use our website and, where applicable, request a quote, arrange a home survey, or proceed with window and door replacement services. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Website use

  • You may use this website for lawful purposes and for making enquiries about our services.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt the site or access it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • All content is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional advice tailored to your property.

3. Quotes and surveys

Quotes may be based on the details you provide and can be refined following an on-site survey. Measurements, access conditions, structural issues, and specification changes can affect final pricing. We will explain any material changes before proceeding.

  • Survey appointments are arranged by mutual agreement and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the relevant areas of the property for the survey.

4. Orders, lead times and scheduling

Once a specification is agreed, certain products may be manufactured to order. Lead times can vary due to supplier schedules and availability. We will provide an estimated timeline and confirm installation dates when possible.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice. A deposit may be required for made-to-order items. Any applicable VAT will be shown where required. If you have questions about pricing, ask before placing an order.

6. Cancellations and changes

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Where products have been ordered or manufactured to specification, cancellation or changes may result in costs that reflect materials, manufacturing, and scheduling commitments.

7. Warranties and aftercare

Warranty terms vary by product and specification. Where applicable, we provide written warranty documentation and aftercare guidance. Proper maintenance, including reasonable cleaning and correct use of hardware, supports long-term performance.

8. Grant guidance disclaimer

Information about grants, including references to the SEAI Windows and Doors Grant 2026, is provided for general guidance only and may change. Eligibility, application steps, and payment decisions are determined by the relevant grant authority. We can explain common requirements and support you with practical documentation guidance, but we do not guarantee grant approval.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, including text and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without written permission, except where allowed by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
